Can a third person be accommodated in a double room with a small bed? Is there an elevator access to the loft rooms?

Due to Danish fire regulations, it's not possible to add a bed in double rooms. All loft rooms have elevator access for convenience.
Is there an indoor swimming facility at the hotel?
